ABOUT ME

I was born to a military family in Wimpole Park, England and traveled extensively during my childhood. I worked for the federal government as an auditor for the Department of Labor and Veteran's Administration Offices of Inspector General, as an Elementary School Office Manager for the San Jacinto Unified School District, served ten years in the U.S. Army Reserves and retired from my job as a background investigator.  Retirement has provided the opportunity to complete certification through Dr. H. Norman Wright in grief, trauma, and crisis.

I am a published author of devotionals, light romance, and suspense, a member of the Association of Christian Therapists, serve as Regional Coordinator for the Silent No More Awareness Campaign.  I publicly share my story of redemption in a variety of venues, have been a guest on Immaculate Heart and Blogtalk Radio, Radio Maria, Cradle My Heart, and Abortion Hurts/God Heals, and also appear in two documentaries, “The Sidewalk Chronicles” and "Hush".  I serve as a team member for after-abortion healing retreats for military men, women, and family members and for an after-abortion healing bible study.  

I live in DeFuniak Springs, FL with my husband, Michael. I have five children (one living son and step-daughter, one son lost through miscarriage, and a son and daughter lost through abortion. My husband and I have been blessed with six beautiful grandsugars.  I'm a prolific reader and proudly admit to being a diehard Seattle Seahawks fan.  My travel adventures include Spain, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Fiji, South Korea and almost all states - including Hawaii and Alaska.
